man scale

Plans are now underway to clear most of the allotment fields and prepare them for the winter months. Even after a moderate harvest of tasty tomatoes, cucumbers,
Strawberries, plans for a possible winter planting program are afoot, but plant identity is still up for debate but will most likely take some fighting to decide. We are posting a photo of a very comfortable armchair, ideal for sunbathing in the garden or conservatory, making a small donation, calling the Shed in Killadreenan between 9.30am and 1pm or contacting us on Facebook if interested.
A big thank you to Robin O’Connor who was kind enough to stop by recently and leave drinking cups and mugs for our members which was much appreciated.

Shamanic drumming
Join the Shamanic Drumming Circle on the first Thursday of every month from 7pm to 9pm at the Turquoise Café, A98 W5C3. A shamanic drum circle is a place to gather with friends, meet over a cup of coffee, and then connect in an authentic way. This is a special way of drumming with a shamanic drum. A steady 4-7 beats per second induces theta brainwaves that allow us to travel into unusual states for healing, insight and wisdom for ourselves and our community. All welcome, no experience in shamanic journeying or drumming is required.
If you have a shamanic drum, I’m happy to bring it with me. You will need to bring your own pillow and blanket. This is a non-profit event, venue and refreshment expenses will be covered. If you would like to know more about shamanic drumming or have any questions, simply email Fiona at [email protected] or call us on 087 2989801.
